自動字幕作成機能・自動字幕翻訳機能の使い方のご紹介をします。

1. 自動字幕機能概要
撮影した動画を、投稿した際に、AIが自動で音声を読み取り、字幕を生成してくれる機能です。
また、アプリ版では字幕をタップすると、字幕の位置に動画の再生がジャンプします。
※注意点
- AIが読み取りを行うため精度は100%ではございませんが、後ほどご説明する字幕編集機能で、
誤植を修正頂くことが可能です - また、下記を心がけて頂くことで、精度が向上します
- 周囲の雑音を抑え、滑舌良くはっきりと話す
- 専門用語・社内用語を可能な限り避け、平易な言葉で話す
- 2人以上で話す場合は、発言が被らないようにする
２．自動字幕機能の使い方
字幕を生成する - ブラウザ版soeasy buddyの場合
①トレーニング作成画面から行えます。
②動画を添付した状態で、ページ下段の「字幕を生成する」ボタンをオンにし、投稿すると、自動で字幕が生成されます。
（※すでに上げている動画に字幕を付ける場合は、一度添付を削除し、再添付してからチェックをつけて下さい）
字幕を生成する - アプリ版soeasy buddyの場合
①アプリを開き、投稿作成画面を開きます。
②動画を添付した状態で、下の「字幕を生成する」ボタンをオンにし、作成をすると、自動で字幕が生成されます。
（※すでに上げている動画に字幕を付ける場合は、一度添付を削除し、再添付してからチェックをつけて下さい）
生成した字幕を編集する - 現状組織管理者のみブラウザ版の全体設定画面から可能です
①全体設定画面からトレーニングの編集を行うと現れる「字幕編集」ボタンを選択します
②自動で生成された字幕について、(1)生成された字幕の文言、(2)その文言が表示されている時間、が表示されるので、間違えているところを書き換えて下さい。

３．自動翻訳機能について
概要と使い方
AIが生成した字幕機能を自動で翻訳する機能です。現在、英語・中国語・インドネシア語・ベトナム語に対応しています。
字幕を生成・編集すると自動的に、翻訳が実行されます。
翻訳先言語の選択方法
soeasy buddy全体（UI）の言語設定と同じ言語に翻訳されます。

1. Outline of the automatic subtitle function
This feature allows AI to automatically read the audio and generate subtitles when you post a video you took.
In the app version, tapping on a subtitle jumps the playback of the video to the position of the subtitle.
※Notes
・The accuracy is not 100% because the AI reads the subtitles, but it is possible to correct misprints using the subtitle editing function, which will be explained later.
・In addition, please keep the following in mind to improve the accuracy
・Speak clearly and smoothly with minimal ambient noise.
・Use plain language, avoiding jargon and company jargon as much as possible.
・If two or more people are speaking, make sure that they do not overlap.
２. How to use the automatic subtitling function
Generate subtitles - for browser version of soeasy buddy
① Open the Create Training screen.
② With the video attached, turn on the "Generate Subtitles" button at the bottom of the page, and when you post the video, subtitles will be generated automatically.
(*If you wish to add subtitles to a video that has already been uploaded, delete the attachment once, re-attach it, and then check the box.)

Editing generated subtitles - currently only the organization administrator can do this from the overall management screen of the browser version.
① Select the "Edit Subtitle" button that appears when you edit training from the overall management screen
② For automatically generated subtitles, ① the wording of the generated subtitles and ② the time the wording is displayed will be displayed, so please rewrite the part that is wrong.

3. Automatic translation function
Overview and usage
This function automatically translates the AI-generated subtitle function. Currently, English, Chinese, Indonesian, and Vietnamese are supported.
Translation is automatically performed when subtitles are generated or edited.
How to select the target language
The language of translation will be the same as the language setting of soeasy buddy (UI).
