管理者権限の種類は下記2つでございます。
- 組織管理者
- グループ管理者
▽組織管理者にできることは下記5点です。
①全体設定画面にログインできる
L フォルダの作成やスタッフ招待、視聴管理など
②ユーザーモードにて投稿する際にフォルダの指定が可能
L 投稿の際に振り分けるフォルダを選択することができます
スタッフ様の投稿は、全体設定画面＞フォルダ＞左上【フォルダ未設定】より確認可能です
※設定でユーザーの方も誰でもフォルダ設定可能に変更できます。
③限定公開されているすべての投稿の閲覧が可能
L 該当のグループやユーザーに限定公開した投稿を含めすべての投稿を確認可能です
④すべての投稿を削除・編集可能
L通常自分自身が投稿した内容しか変更できないが、すべての投稿を編集可能です。
⑤すべての投稿の既読数の把握が可能
L投稿右下で確認可能です。通常既読は確認できません。
▽グループ管理者ができることは下記5点です。
①グループ管理画面にて、該当のグループにメンバーを追加することができる
L グループ管理者になっているグループにアカウント招待、既存ユーザーをグループにメンバー追加可能です。
②該当のグループ内に所属しているメンバーの進捗確認
L ユーザーごとに進捗確認をすることができます
（トレーニングごとに確認することはできません(組織管理者であれば可能)
③グループメンバーへの限定公開投稿が確認できる
L 所属しているグループへの限定公開投稿に限ります
※組織管理者であればどの限定公開投稿も確認することができます
④該当グループメンバーの削除・投稿を編集可能
L通常自分自身が投稿した内容しか変更できないが、ループメンバーの投稿を編集可能です。
⑤すべての投稿の既読数の把握が可能
L投稿右下で確認可能です。通常既読は確認できません。

There are 2 types of administrator rights as follows:
- Organization administrator
- Group administrator
▽Organization administrator can do the following 3 things:
① Log in to the general management screen
L To create folders, invite staff members, manage viewing, etc.
② Ability to specify folders when posting in user mode
L You could select folders to be assigned when posting
Staff members can check their postings from the "General management screen" screen > Folders > [Folders not set] in the upper left corner.
③ Limited public viewing is available
L You can check posts that have been made available only to the relevant group or user
▽Group administrators can do the following 3 things:
① Add members to the relevant group
L Only groups for which you are the administrator
② Check the progress of members belonging to the relevant group
L Can check the progress of each user
*Cannot check on a per-training basis (available only if you are the organization administrator)
③ Limited public posting to groups can be checked
L Only Limited public posts to the group you belong that can be confirmed.
※If you are the administrator of your organization, you can view any limited public postings.
