ユーザー招待した時点でグループに自動的に招待されてしまう (When you invite a user, is the person automatically invited to the group?)

ユーザー様をご招待いただく際は、下記２点をご確認の上、招待をお願い致します。

①「グループ管理画面」ではなく、「全体設定画面」より招待をお願いいたします。

－「グループ管理画面」より招待メールをお送りした場合、招待メールをお送りした該当のグループへ自動的に招待される仕様となっております。

② 全体設定画面の「ユーザー追加」よりご招待いただく際、必要な時以外は「初期設定」を選択しないようにお願いいたします。

－「初期設定」を選択しなければ、権限はメンバーのまま、かつグループにも招待されない状態になりますので、ユーザー様がグループに所属しない状態で招待いただくことが可能です。

既に招待メールを送信された場合、下記のフローにて対応をお願い致します。

・ユーザー様がまだ登録が完了していない場合 　　

①全体設定画面の「ユーザー設定」を選択し、画面右上の「ユーザー追加」をクリック 　　

②画面下に表示されている「招待中のユーザー」一覧より該当する方のメールアドレス右端、「取り消し」をクリックし、招待メールの送信を取り消しする　　

・ユーザー様がすでに登録が完了している場合 　　

①全体設定画面の「グループ設定」をクリック 　　

②該当のグループ名を選択し、ユーザー名の右端「グループから外す」をクリック

Please check the following two points before inviting users.

(1) Please invite users from the "General management" screen, not from the "Group Management" screen.
－ If you send an invitation e-mail from the "Group Management" screen, users will be automatically added the group.


(2) Please do not select "Default Settings" when inviting users from "Add Users" on the "General management" screen unless needed.
－ If you do not select "Preferences", your privileges will remain as a member and you will not be invited to any groups, so you can invite users without belonging to any groups.

If you have already sent an invitation e-mail, please follow the steps below.


・If the user has not yet completed registration 　　
(1) Select "User Settings" on the "General management" screen, and click "Add User" in the upper right corner of the screen. 　　
(2) Click "Cancel" on the right side of the email address of the user in the "Invited Users" list displayed at the bottom of the screen, and cancel the sending of the invitation email.　　


・When a user has already completed registration 　　
(1) Click "Group Settings" on the "General management" screen. 　　
(2) Select the relevant group name, and click "Remove from group" on the right side of the user name.
