メールアドレス・電話番号の変更はユーザー様ご自身で行っていただく仕様になっております。
変更いただく際はスタッフ様ご自身でユーザーモードからご変更くださいませ。
▼メールアドレス変更方法
①プラウザからsoeasy buddyにログイン
https://soeasybuddy.com/users/sign_in
②画面右上の歯車のマークをクリックし、「ユーザー情報編集」を選択
③上から2番目の「メールアドレス」を選択
④メールアドレスを記入後、「更新する」をクリック
※②で画面右上に歯車のマークが表示されない場合は、
・画面右上にある「ご自身のアカウント名」を選択
・「メールアドレスの変更」を選択
・新しいメールアドレス入力後、「メールアドレスを変更する」を選択
・画面の指示に従いメールアドレスを変更ください。
▼電話番号変更方法
①プラウザよりsoeasy buddyにログイン
https://soeasybuddy.com/users/sign_in
②画面右上の画面右上の歯車のマークをクリックし、「ユーザー情報編集」を選択
③上から3番目の「携帯電話番号」を選択
④電話番号を記入後、更新するをクリック。
上記を確認いただいたうえでも問題が解決しない場合は、弊社カスタマーサポートまでご連絡ください。

① Log in to soeasy buddy from your browser.
② Click on the gear mark in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Change User Information".
③ Select "E-mail address" from the second from the top.
④ Fill in your e-mail address and click "Update".
▼How to change your phone number
① Login to soeasy buddy from your browser
② Click the gear mark in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Change User Information".
③ Select "Phone number" from the third from the top
④ After filling in the phone number, click "Update".
