（退職者等の）アカウント削除の方法を教えてください (How do I delete accounts (for retired employees, etc)?)

❶全体設定画面へログインください

┗１．管理者のアカウントでブラウザからsoeasy buddyへログイン（PCでもスマホでも可能です） https://soeasybuddy.com/cms/organizations/

┗２．右上歯車マーク→「全体設定画面に変更」

❷左側メニュー「ユーザー設定」

❸該当のユーザーの「組織から外す」

上記ご確認いただいた上でも問題が解決できない場合は、弊社カスタマーサポートまでご連絡ください。

┗1．Log in to soeasy buddy from a browser using the administrator's account (this can be done either on a PC or a smartphone) https://soeasybuddy.com/users/sign_in

┗2. "Change to the general management screen" from the gear mark in the upper right corner
❷ "User settings" on the left side menu
❸ "Remove from organization" for the user in question
