トーク機能とはスタッフ同士でメッセージを相互送信できる機能です。

よくあるご質問
投稿した動画や写真をダウンロードできますか
組織管理者の方が、全体設定画面にて設定をすれば可能です。
ご希望に応じて、全体設定画面＞その他設定＞組織情報＞「トーク動画と画像ダウンロードを有効化する」にて設定を変更くださいませ。
※管理者のみの制限はかけられず、組織全体でダウンロード可能になります。
プライベートルームとは何ですか
招待した人たち限定で確認できるルームです。
通常のルームと違いメンバー権限の方の未参加のタブには表示されません。
ですが、組織管理者はルーム名の存在のみ未参加のタブに表示されます。
その際に、組織管理者でもプライベートルームの参加者や内容は確認することは出来ません。
ルームに人が入ったらわかりますか、また他スタッフは入ることができますか
ルーム加入通知機能はありません。
ルームの所属スタッフは「メンバー一覧」で確認頂けます。
また全てのルームはプライベートルーム以外、 全てのスタッフが確認可能 です。
他のルームを全て見る方法を教えてください
アプリ版にて未参加タブを選択いただくと「未参加ルーム」欄にて他のルームをプライベートルーム以外全て確認可能です。
また、プライベートルームは管理者でも参加メンバーややり取りをみることは出来ません。
ルームは削除できますか
ルーム編集から該当のルームを削除することが可能です。
またスタッフが退出すると自動でルームは削除されます。
ルームが削除されると投稿されたトークメッセージは消失します。
投稿メッセージは削除・編集できますか
投稿したメッセージを長押しすることで、自身が投稿したメッセージに限り削除・編集を実施頂けます。
管理者が他スタッフのメッセージ削除やルームからの退出操作は可能ですか
できません。
「ルームは組織内公開に設定されています。」について教えてください。
「ルームは組織内公開に設定されています。(旧表記)」と「このルームでのトーク内容は全てのスタッフが確認可能です。（新表記）」は同じ意味です。旧表記と新表記が混在しています。

Can I download posted videos and photos?
No, you cannot.
Will I be notified when someone joins my room and can other staff members join my room?
No, there is no notification function.
You can see who belongs to your room in the "Member List".
Private rooms cannot be created in the beta or trial version.
How can I see all the other rooms?
You can see all the other rooms in the "Unattended Rooms" section by selecting the "Search" button in the application version.
Can I delete a room?
In the beta and trial versions, rooms are automatically deleted when all staff members leave the room.
When a room is deleted, all posted messages will be lost.
Can I delete or edit a message I posted?
You can delete or edit your own messages by pressing and holding the message you have posted.
Can the administrator delete messages from other staff members or leave the room?
No, it is not possible in the beta or trial version.
What is "The room is set to be public within the organization"?
The room is set to "Public" in the organization. (old notation)" and "All staff can see what you talk in this room. (new notation)" have the same meaning. The old and the new meanings are mixed.
All created rooms are provided in a way that "all staff can see the contents of the talk".
What is the talk function (beta/trial version)?
The talk function is a feature that we plan to improve in the future. Messages exchanged in the trial version will not be deleted after the official version is released. Please feel free to use it.
