招待メールから登録ができない場合、下記の２点のご確認をお願いいたします。
① 最新のメールのURLからご登録を進めていただいているか。
招待メールは毎朝８時に自動で再送される仕様となっており、そのタイミングまでに最新のURLでご登録頂かないと古いURLは無効になります。
② URLをコピーし、別のプラウザでログインをお試しください。
プラウザ側とURLの相性の問題である可能性がございます。
（例：safariでご利用いただいていた場合はchromeやyahooなどのブラウザからお試しください）
また稀に既に登録が完了している場合もございます。全体設定画面にて登録状況をご確認くださいませ。
上記をご確認いただいてもご登録できない場合は、
エラー画面のスクリーンショットを弊社カスタマーサポートまでお送りください。

If you are unable to register from the invitation email, please check the following two points.
① Please make sure that you are registering from the second URL in the e-mail that comes around 8:00 a.m.
The invitation e-mail is automatically resent every morning at 8:00 a.m. If you do not register by that time, the URL will become invalid.
② Please copy the URL and try logging in with a different browser.
There may be a compatibility problem between the browser and the URL.
(e.g. If you have been using Safari, please try using chrome or yahoo.)
If you are unable to register, please send a screenshot of the error screen to our customer support.
