soeasy buddyでは「誰がどのトレーニングを観ているか」確認できる「視聴管理機能」がございます。
確認する方法は下記２つです。
①トレーニングごとに誰が観ているか確認する方法
②ユーザーごとに何を観ているか確認する方法
①トレーニングごとに誰が観ているか確認する方法
・画面左側のメニュー【フォルダ】から該当するフォルダをクリックし、投稿を選択します。
・表示されている受講状況から誰が観ているか観ていないかを確認することができます。
②ユーザーごとに視聴管理
・画面左側のメニュー【ユーザー評価】をクリック
・確認したいユーザーの右端【進捗を見る】をクリック
・そのユーザーが何を観ているのか、確認することができます。
（注意点）
視聴管理は、トレーニング投稿のみ利用することが出来る機能です。ニュースで投稿されたものは反映されませんので、ご注意ください。
動画が添付された場合は、動画を全体の1/3以上観てはじめて「受講完了」ステータスとなります。

soeasy buddy has a "Viewing Management" function that allows you to check who is watching the training post.
There are two ways to check.
(1) To check who is watching each training post.
(2) How to check what is being watched by each user
① How to check who is watching each training post
・Click the appropriate folder from the [Folders] menu on the left side of the screen and select a post.
・You can check who is watching or not from the displayed attendance status.
② Viewing management for each user
・Click on "User Evaluation" in the menu on the left side of the screen.
・Click [View progress] on the right side of the user you want to check
・You can check what the user is watching.
(Point)
Viewing management is a function that can only be used for training postings. Please note that the view management function is only available for training postings, and does not reflect those posted in news.
If a video is attached, the "Attendance Completed" status will be granted only after you have watched at least 1/3 of the entire video.
