アプリでは10枚までとなっていますが、ブラウザではまとめて多くのアップロードが可能です。
1つの投稿は3GBまでという規定がございますが、
その範囲内であればPDF+写真を一気にアップする、というのも可能でございます。

Yes, you can only upload multiple photos when logged in from the browser only.
The maximum size of a single post is 3 GB, it is possible to upload PDFs and photos all at once as long as they are within the limit.
