アプリの「写真へのアクセス許可」を行なっていただければ解消いたします。
以下、ご確認くださいませ。
【アクセス許可設定】
・iPhone
設定→プライバシー→写真→soeasy buddy→すべての写真を選択
・Android
設定→アプリ→soeasy buddy→許可→ストレージやカメラを有効
※Androidは端末によって名称や項目の場所が異なる為、汎用的なものになります。
上記ご確認いただいた上でも問題が解決できない場合は、弊社カスタマーサポートまでご連絡ください。
