動画のアップロードができない場合、以下3点をご確認ください。
①最新のアプリにアップデートされているかご確認ください。
－古いバージョンのものだと、動画に対応できない可能性がございます。最新のアプリかどうかは下記のフローにてご確認お願いいたします。
▶︎アプリ内から確認する方法
①アプリ内を開き、ホーム画面へ飛ぶ
②右上の「歯車」のマークをタップ
③画面下に記載のある「soeasy buddy ○○」がアプリのバージョンになります。
AppStore / GooglePlay で最新バージョンをご確認ください。
②動画の容量が3GB以下であること、かつ、動画の形式が以下の形式かご確認ください。
－対応可能な形式：3GP、AAC、AVI、FLV、MP4、MPEG-2
対応していないフォーマットで投稿するとアップロードの際にエラー表示が出ますのでご承知おきくださいませ。
また、稀にスマートフォン内では3GB以内の表記ですが、
実際には端末内で圧縮されていて実際には3GBの容量を超えている場合がございます。
その場合は、動画を小分けする、動画の画質を下げるなどで容量を減らしてからアップロードのほどお願いいたします。
③ネットワーク環境をご確認いただき、再度良環境にて投稿をお願いいたします。
－通信速度が遅い環境では、動画のアップロードに数分〜数十分かかる場合があります。通信環境の良いところで動画のアップロードをお試しください。
また、投稿完了後、タイムライン上で「変換に失敗しました」と表示される場合は【コチラ】もご覧ください。
上記ご確認いただいた上でもアップロードできない場合は、弊社カスタマーサポートまでご連絡ください。

If you are unable to upload videos, please check the following three points.
① Please make sure you have updated to the latest version of the application.

① Open the app and go to the home screen.
② Tap the "gear" symbol in the upper right corner of the screen.
③ The "soeasy buddy ○○" at the bottom of the screen is the version of the application.
Please check for the latest version on AppStore / GooglePlay.
② Please make sure that the size of the video is less than 3GBand the format of the video is as follows.
-Compatible formats: 3GP, AAC, AVI, FLV, MP4, MPEG-2
Please note that an error message will appear during uploading if you submit a video in an unsupported format.
③ Please check your network environment and try again.
-In environments with slow internet speeds, it may take several minutes to upload a video. Please try uploading the video in a good communication environment.
