■ 原因
AirDropか何か別の手段で動画をMacに転送後、アップロードする場合は、
変換が実施されないため動画が掲載失敗します。
具体的には添付スクショにございます、カラープロファイルがBT.2020の場合が該当します。
■ 解消方法
撮影された動画をスマートフォンアプリでアップロードする。
アプリで発生する場合は、
＊スマートフォンをご利用の場合、
動画編集アプリなどで一度変換→出力したものをアップロードしてください。
＊Macをご利用の場合は
「写真.app」で動画を一度書き出し頂くと解消します。
操作方法を記録した添付動画もあわせてご覧ください。
1. macのFinderで動画を選択して右クリック -> このアプリケーションで開く → その他 → 写真.app
2. 写真.appにて動画を選択
3. 写真.app → ファイル → 書き出す → 1本のビデオを書き出す

スマートフォン（VLLO）で動画の再変換を実施する場合
既にHEVC設定にて撮影された動画（以前エラーとなった動画など）は、
弊社でおすすめしているVLLOでも変換が可能です。
❶VLLOを起動
❷下部「＋新しい動画」→該当の動画を選択→赤い矢印をタップ
※画面比率設定は、横向き（16:9）と縦向き（9:16）の選択間違いにご注意くださいませ
❸「プロジェクト作成」
❹右上「抽出する」
❺「Video Codec」を「H.264」にする→「抽出する」
iPhoneで現象が発生を阻止する場合
❶iPhoneの設定アプリ（歯車⚙）を起動
❷下の方にあるカメラアプリ（📷）を選択
❸一番上の「フォーマット」
→互換性優先へチェック こちらの設定をいただくと、
どのアプリケーションにも互換性の高い、 H.264のコーデックの動画が撮影できるようになります。
こちらで撮影された動画ですと3GB以内であればほぼ、 エラーは発生いたしません。
（※ネット環境の帯域取り合い等が原因の場合を除く）
こちらの設定で画質が劣る等はございませんのでご安心くださいませ。
また、互換性優先にしていただくと、写真の拡張子も、 HEIFという新しい拡張子ではなく世界的に汎用的なJPEG設定にもなりますし、 iPhone容量圧迫なども防げます、

■ Causes
If you transfer the video to your Mac via AirDrop or others and then upload it, the conversion will not be performed and the video will fail to post.
This is specifically the case when the color profile is BT.2020, as shown in the attached screenshot.
■ Solution
Upload the video with the application on smartphone.
If the problem occurs with the application,
※If you are using a smartphone, use a video editing application to convert the video and then upload the video.
※If you are using a Mac
If you are using a Mac, please use "Photo.app" to export the video to solve the problem.
Please also see the attached video that shows how to do this.
1. select the video in the Finder on your mac and right click -> Open in this application -> Other -> Photo.app
2. select the video in Photos.app
3. photo.app -> File -> Export -> Export a single video
