読み込みに時間がかかる、もしくは添付ができない場合は以下２点のご確認をお願いいたします。
①通信環境は良環境にあるか
－通信速度が遅い環境では、動画のアップロードに数分〜数十分かかる場合があります。
ネットワーク環境をご確認いただき、再度良環境にて投稿をお願いします。
②動画の容量は3GB以内に収まっているか
－soeasy buddyでは一度に投稿できる容量が3GBまでとなっております。容量をご確認していただき、3GBを超えている場合は、動画を分割する、減らす、または別ツールで軽量化をしてから再度投稿をお願いいたします。
上記2点をご確認いただいき、再起動した上でも問題が解決しない場合は、弊社カスタマーサポートまでご連絡くださいませ。

If it takes a long time to load or you cannot attach the file, please check the following two points.
① Is the internet environment in good condition?
- If the internet speed is slow, it may take several minutes to several tens of minutes to upload the
video.
Please check your network environment and submit your video in a good environment.
② Is the size of the video within3GB?
-soeasy buddy allows you to post up to 3GB of video at a time. Please check the size of your video and if it is over 3GB, please split the video, reduce the size of the video, or use another tool to reduce the weight of the video before submitting it again.
If the problem persists after checking the above two points and restarting the system, please contact our customer support.
