Q:同じアカウントに例えば複数人入っても動画の動きが重たくなることはないか
動画が見れない、開けない場合は回線速度の問題の可能性がございます。
このような場合、下記の２点をご確認お願いいたします。
①通信環境の回線速度の問題
通信速度が遅い環境では、動画を上手く読み込めない場合があります。
一度soeasy buddyのアプリを終了していただき、回線を変えて再度お試しいただくようお願い致します。
②アクセスが集中し回線速度が遅くなっている可能性
違うWi-Fiでアクセスしていただくか、もしくは、時間帯をずらして再度お試しください。
上記2点を確認しても問題が解決しない場合は、弊社カスタマーサポートまでご連絡ください。

In this case, please check the following two points.
① Speed problems in the connection environment
In an environment with a slow connection speed, the video may not load properly.
Please close the "soeasy buddy" application and try again with a different connection.
② Possibility that the connection speed is slow due to a concentration of accesses.
Please try accessing the site from a different Wi-Fi connection, or try again at a different time of day.
